This Privacy Policy explains what information Emerald Dating (“Emerald,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to emerald.dating, our application form and our dating app management service.

From your application: your name, phone number, email address, age, city, income range, occupation, dating goals and preferences, the dating apps you use, and anything else you choose to tell us.

If you become a client: photos, profile details, and the login access you choose to share so we can manage your dating accounts, plus matches, conversations and date details that pass through those accounts.

Collected automatically: basic device and usage data such as browser type, pages viewed and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to review your application, to contact you about your application, to schedule your intro call, and to provide the service if you become a client. We also use it to process payments, to keep your account secure and to understand how our website performs.

4. Text messaging

Text messaging: If you opt in, we text your mobile number about your application and booking an intro call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

5. We never sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

6. Service providers

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, scheduling, SMS and email delivery, payment processing, analytics and AI tools that help our team draft messages and organize work. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of you or others.

7. Account credentials

Any logins you share are stored securely, are accessible only to the team members who manage your account, and are used only to provide the service. We recommend you change your passwords once the service ends.

8. Data retention

We keep application information for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. For clients, we keep information while you are a client and for up to 12 months afterward for support, billing and legal purposes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

9. Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by texting or calling (407) 718-9695. We will confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep certain records. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as the law requires. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.

11. Adults only

Our service is only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
