Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Emerald Dating (“Emerald,” “we,” “us”) provides done-for-you dating app management from the United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of emerald.dating and any services you buy from us. By applying, booking a call or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the service

Depending on your plan, we optimize your dating profiles (photo selection and order, prompts and bio), operate your dating apps on your behalf (swiping, messaging and follow up), send you matches for approval, and coordinate dates you have approved. We are a dating app management service. We are not a matchmaking agency, a background check service or an escort service, and we never pay or recruit anyone to go on dates.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must be single or otherwise free to date, and you must be the owner of every dating account you ask us to manage.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about yourself and your preferences, to provide current photos that genuinely represent you, and to keep the login access you share with us working. You agree to review and approve or decline matches within 24 hours, to keep reasonable availability for dates, to attend the dates you approve, and to tell us promptly about any change in your availability.

5. Respectful conduct

You agree to treat our team and every match with respect. Harassment, abusive language, dishonesty about who you are, or unsafe behavior toward anyone you meet is not allowed. If you break this rule, we may end the service immediately.

6. Dating platform rules

Each dating app has its own terms of use. Some platforms restrict third parties from operating an account. You authorize us to act on your accounts as your agent, and you accept the risk that a platform may limit, flag or suspend an account. We follow each platform’s community rules for the content we post, but we are not responsible for decisions a platform makes about your account.

7. Results and our written guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including matches, dates, chemistry or a relationship, except where a written guarantee below applies, and then only under its stated conditions.

Matches guarantee (1-Week Concierge Trial, Monthly Concierge and 3-Month Concierge): if your profiles do not receive at least 16 new quality matches within the first 7 days after your optimized profile goes live, you are entitled to a refund. On the 1-Week Trial and the 3-Month plan that is a full refund of the plan fee. On the Monthly plan it is a refund of your first month. A quality match is a new mutual match within the age range and distance you gave us.

Dates guarantee (3-Month Concierge only): if we do not schedule at least 12 qualifying dates within 90 days of your optimized profile going live, we keep providing the full service at no extra charge until your 12th qualifying date is scheduled. A qualifying date is an in-person meeting with a match you approved, arranged through our service, with an agreed time and place. A date counts once it is confirmed by both sides, including if you cancel, reschedule more than once or do not attend.

Both guarantees require that you met your responsibilities in Section 4 for the full period: you kept your account access working, responded to match approvals within 24 hours, kept the agreed availability, and did not pause the service. Days when the service is paused at your request, or when your account is restricted by a platform, do not count toward the guarantee periods.

To claim the matches guarantee, text or call us within 14 days after the 7 day period ends. We will review your account activity and issue any refund owed within 14 days of approving the claim. The Profile Rebuild is a one-time service and is final sale once delivered.

8. Fees and billing

Your price, billing schedule and plan details are shown before you pay. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period. Except as stated in the written guarantees above or as required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. The Monthly plan has no contract: you may cancel anytime by texting or calling us before your next billing date.

9. SMS Terms

SMS Terms: By opting in on our application form, you agree to receive text messages from Emerald Dating about your application and booking an intro call. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help or contact (407) 718-9695. 10. Profile content and photos

You keep ownership of your photos and personal content. You give us permission to use, edit and post that content on your dating profiles for the purpose of providing the service. You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you give us and that no photo includes another person without their permission.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your use of our service confidential. Our team does not mention Emerald Dating to your matches. We do not share your information except as described in our Privacy Policy at emerald.dating/privacy.

12. Testimonials

Reviews on this site are from real clients, shown with their original source where available. Individual results vary and depend on location, preferences, photos and availability.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not screen, verify or perform background checks on matches, and we are not responsible for the conduct of anyone you meet. Always meet in public, tell a friend where you are going and use your own judgment.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including emotional distress or lost opportunities.

15. Termination

You may stop the service at any time. We may end the service if you break these Terms, behave disrespectfully or abusively toward our team or your matches, or give us false information. If we end the service without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid fees.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new Terms. Changes do not affect a guarantee period that is already running.
